Train the 'Driver CPC' Trainer course.
Course Aim:
To develop trainer instructional and presentational skills.
To ensure trainers have the knowledge and understanding to deliver effective driver CPC Courses.
To ensure trainers have the skills to design memorable Driver CPC Courses.
To obtain the first two Units of the BTEC Level Three Advanced Award in 'Driver CPC Training and Mentoring'. This qualification is exclusively delivered in partnership with Q A Associates Ltd and is accredited by Edexcel.
Course Content:
Knowledge and understanding of Driver CPC Syllabus.
Understanding modern instructional and demonstration techniques.
Classroom presentational skills and multi media equipment.
Effective group and individual exercises.
Outcomes:
Each delegate will finish the course with a complete delivery pack for two half day Driver CPC training modules.
Delegates will have the resources / capability to design and deliver their own 'approved' programmes.
All successful delegates will receive 'Pride Approved Driver CPC Trainer' certification which is recognised by JAUPT and Unit 1 & 2 BTEC certification in 'Driver CPC Training and Mentoring'
Ongoing specialised support to obtain JAUPT Centre and Course Approval if needed. We have a 100% record for obtaining JAUPT Approval for our clients.
