Received New Assessments
Once you have received new assessments, please ensure the driver gets a copy of the report.
At the interview highlight the strengths as well as the weaknesses and record the details in the interview section of the database.
If it is within your company policy to target driver assessments, please let us know if you wish us to follow-up the interview with another assessment.
Remember to tell the driver that they are going to be reassessed it makes a difference.
